ALDRIN DELUMEN, Artist Statement

I am a big believer in faith and destiny, in which everything happens for a reason. In the two years I have spent away from home, I have learned to be independent, to trust myself, and to always be humble.



Creating a collection is one of the hardest yet most rewarding experiences. It took patience and perseverance to see each garment come alive, but in the end everything fell into place. After all the sleepless nights and hours of hard work, the positive reaction I received from peers was the moment I truly felt the joy and reality of it all.



The most important thing I have realized throughout this journey is to embrace each moment, and to learn from each experience, good or bad. And to never let anyone stop me from reaching my life aspirations. The most UNIQUE part of me will lead me to GREATNESS.
